  The rooms are clean. A/C or fan. Breakfast wasn’t tasty and it was expensive. They like telling u one price and then charging another. Staff isnt the friendliest. Also breakfast was 45 mins late. We requested for it to be ready at a certain time. Yes, its right on the water, but i dont think id stay here again.

  Best Hotel in Pearl Lagoon. The view and customer service was perfect. The rooms have AC and the beds are very comfortable. They also have boats to take you to the cays in very reasonable price. I strongly recommend this Hotel. For sure, we will come back.

  Love this hotel, my family and I (10 people) stayed there for 3 days, so affordable room's price, it has power back up, AC, water tank, good restaurant prices, offers trip to cayos perlas for additional money but it's one of the cheapest you will find out. Personally had a confusion, I was paying twice the cayos perlas trip on checkout, I realized it after paid, I come back them and explain it, they kindly returned my money without doubt, very appreciated since it was my bad. 100% recommend, price, service, food, equipment, we passed excellent vacation in Pear Lagoon

  Went to the restaurant not the hotel. Was with a group of 6. Waiter was great, we were the only people there and as expected in a small village in Nicaragua things are slow, but the food was awesome and we got to wait out a big thunder storm while enjoying the company of friends.
