  Very clean and comfortable! The rooms are safe, bright and cheerful. Close to the central park. The owner is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Esteli.

  Location is great Room and the whole place is very clean Super nice and helpful hosts. The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that there is no WiFi in the room.

  Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent service. There is no hot water for shower nor air conditioning in most of the rooms.

  Wrong address provided here and on booking website. It's located across the street from Taqueria Gonzales next to a dental office (Avenida 2 SE and Calle 2 SE). We finally found the place after calling her twice, but the receptionist didn't want to give us the price of the room we booked on booking. When we asked for check out time, she said 10 am eventhough we showed her on booking website stated 12 PM. She didn't even want to meet in the middle and push it back to 11 am, saying it would cost us 10 dollars more (not her fault as she was just an employee and also booking website didn't change it) We checked 2 rooms and both were nice and clean. The hotel seemed new and well kept. There was also a spacious shared kitchen with drinkable water for refill to reduce buying plastic bottles.
