  Bad customer service, they do not have many boxes available and it takes a long time, the only thing they know how to say is "yes, yes, yes" and they do nothing to improve their operation. More than anything else, this happens in the FICOHSA of Esquipulas.

  Very good presentation, nice atmosphere BUT: I arrived at 12:30 and there were only two boxes open and the queue was long and annoying !!!

  Not a bad spot, the bank is a little out of the way if you're on the wrong side of the street, but besides that it's a nice, clean, and fairly empty place (empty when I was there, after 4) The staff seemed like a knowledgeable group of people that have good manners and work like they know what their doing. All in all, it's a good bank to go to.

  This branch of Banco Ficohsa located in Veracruz, recently inaugurated, has the largest parking lot, very beautiful facilities, modern, clean, the staff is always very attentive, I must insist on parking, since this is what we often lack in the city, recommended!
