  Today I had to make a payment to lafise Metrocentro but what a quality of care and security with its customers. When attending customer service, self-registration gives me a number and calls me by name. The security guard at the entrance is very friendly and although he may call attention to himself when someone calls, he does so politely. Not like the Lafise Center yesterday when I had a bad service experience and a guard who thinks you're a thief because of the way he treats you. Congratulations to this team that serves Lafise Metrocentro, they should manage customer service throughout Lafise Banco. Note: look at the photo the 3rd-age man called him his daughter and he was able to answer in line, although the security guard told him very kindly that he could go to the reception to answer and the client did so.

  The building has all the conditions for a Bank, but the service is a bit slow.

  Terrible experience. I've been waiting for more than an hour in banking services and only two people attend. Is it necessary to raise your voice and complain in public in order to be attended to?

  The lady manager could pay attention to her high-worth clients. Sending them to the line to be with everyone else is not good customer service. I will move my money out of this branch and let the new branch manager know why I did this. She has to work for my money, and I have to save time banking.

  This branch has several autobancos where you can just drive up with your car to a special ATM thats lets you do most basic. transactions. Small parking and only a few window tellers if you decide to go inside.
