::Service to how the building looks: ruined and gaudy! Here was the Mayor's office a few years ago but the merchants ruined it. They should paint it a single neutral color, like white, put lanterns and potted plants to give it a professional and pleasant look. And mainly, clean the road every day to encourage cleanliness!
