::Unfortunately not a good experience. We thought we'd try the comedor as the previous reviews were good, but we don't understand why. As for the ambience: there is only one outhouse, which wasn't particularly clean and no sink to wash your hands after using the toilet. On request we got a small bowl with water to wash our hands, so far okay. About the food: We ordered two different dishes and one juice each, and were then brought a different juice and two of the same dishes (we were the only guests). The chicken was undercooked and the sauce was slightly sour. It wasn't seasoned either. We really like going to comedors, but unfortunately we can't recommend this one. hp There are no vegetarian dishes on the menu

::This is such a sweet family restaurant. If you are looking for something super chilled, totally not touristy, on Ometepe, cooked by a family for you, this is the place.
