  You get what you pay for ($50/night), and don't be fooled by the pictures. There are "colonial" rooms and "economy" rooms. Since we booked through a booking site we couldn't tell what we were getting and ended up w an economy room - basically a hostel-style room w access to nice common areas and ok pool. Mediocre room, very sub par bathroom (no actual shower head just water coming out of a PVC pipe and no hot water). Pretty much just a place to lay your head. If you want peace and quiet you might want to spend a bit more. Included breakfast is pretty decent. Nothing crazy - omelette bar, fruit, granola, yogurt, juices - but decent quality. Nice staff, basically standard in Nica.

  Water was off for more than half the time we were there, they told us we would have a bucket of water to at least flush our toilet with and of course there was nothing in our bathroom. We had to ask them a second time for it. Breakfast was included but extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes for a single order of toast and fruit. Our waiter obviously forgot because he came back a second time to ask what we wanted. They told us to eat dinner somewhere else because they didn't have dinners that night. Would only recommend if it's the last place to stay. At least it was clean.
