  It's a lot of waste of time, a bank like this one should have another branch here in Matagalpa. Going to this bank means wasting at least half a day. I hope they improve.

  I have spent up to three hours, the attention is slow and they did not explain to me about Online Banking, I had to go to the branch in León because they did not give me an answer.

  It is one of the best banks here in Matagalpa. Although the waiting time is long considering the small size of the place

  You can lose up to 2 hours of your time waiting to be attended, and apparently the management is not interested in improving this aspect
