  It is always full. You have to queue to enter, few cashiers attending. Without a seat, there is no water to drink. You can't use your cell phone, cell phone use is super strict. Very uncomfortable to visit this place. It is the only banpro on the south side of managua.

  A reasonably fast service, although not as fast as US bank when it comes to US-Nica transactions. Staff's knowledge of US-Nica banking needs significant improvement and somewhat more friendly attitude for which Nica is well known. No need for apprehension and sternness when a smile can go much further.

  Local bank in a mall. Place is new ao not a lot of queing yet. Bank only get somewhat full during paydays. Staff attentiveneas can be improved.
