  Terrible service from the cashier jsm. Customers are always right. He made me change 100 dollars without my consent. I told him that only 50 and he made me change to egg 100. And to egg that he signed. Be careful with those types of cashiers🧐I won't change there again

  It is a bank that has a branch of course inside, the place is beautiful, it is small, it only has 3 customer service windows. They require a mask to enter, use of alcohol and blood pressure, security measures due to covit.

  Terrible service, customers must stand in line for 8 hours and on the street, if it rains or shines on you, they don't care, painful for a bank 😡

  It has 2 windows for multiple transactions and one for payments exclusively, 2 desks for customer service and is located in the same location as Claro. It has a very limited capacity compared to the number of people who visit the bank. If it is very crowded, customers will be forced to wait outside the premises.
