::There is a lot of disorder, at a time when only 4 tills were being attended to, 2 were attending to the preferential line and 2 to business warehouses, and no one was attending to the normal line, that is a lack of organization. when one is waiting 10 minutes they feel eternal.

::There are days that it remains empty and others that it is a total stress to go pay or withdraw your money and they are very deficient when it comes to keeping their ATMs with cash, so one is forced to waste 2 hours of their time in lines, the Security people are very pedantic and the owners of the bank believe that one is going to steal or do something improper, service and the bank service people are also very slow to attend to your request
