  Tremendous, super comfortable. The house consists of 4 rooms, but they are practically divided into 2 equal halves, with which 2 rooms communicate with a living room/kitchen with pantry and refrigeration, 2 rooms share a bathroom and a place to wash (there is a laundry room) and You can also place a personal washing machine, a kind of mesh that separates a vacant lot with you in the back of the house. And right now they are Under Construction, or waiting for the foundations for another structure for this apartment, just to the left of the house (as seen from the front).
