::Writes Neyra Padilla, my husband and I have stayed several times in these apartments, because we travel frequently to Managua for higher studies; In all our visits we have had a personalized treatment that we appreciate both from the administrative staff and the service staff, the employees of the place are friendly, respectful people, the facilities are comfortable and very useful, especially when you are going to stay several days in the Place, security is 24 hours, excellent Wi-Fi service, access to nearby places such as shopping centers, supermarkets, etc. Knowing the place and the friendliness of the people, the story that this person tells is somewhat credible, in any case, he would have filed a complaint with the competent authorities at the time this event occurred, because we know the place perfectly and it seems more like he is dealing of damaging the image and staff who work in these apartments, I have also recommended the place to my friends, acquaintances and relatives who visit the city and report an excellent experience in the place

::By this means I want to thank both the management and the operational staff of this place who during the 10 days of my stay in their locations were very helpful and pleasant. I have to say that I have been so satisfied that I feel very encouraged to recommend it to my family and friends as a quiet and safe place. Completely the opposite of what the other person experienced. In this way, I thank the security guards, especially Israel, for his humility and education when interacting with the client. On the administrative side, Angie, was very kind at the time of delivery as she was at the time of check out. In short, it was a pleasant experience, which I will definitely take into account once I return to Nicaragua for my vacation. Hugo A.

::I, Claudia Nilsen, a resident of Norway, was with my family on July 17, 2014 in the Berlin Gardens. This terrible and dangerous place that I found through real estate in my territory since I contacted Mr. zoila rodrigez she took me to that place where for the first and last time in my life I could return. I was attended by the person in charge of these lasr apartments. Veronica Mercado who took me to look at the apartment while I was there, a man who is the owner arrived, a doctor, who could be said to be one of the fastest and most efficient thieves in Nicaragua. but i live in miami i and my family were 6. people my husband karl oddvar nilsen and our 4 daughters. The day you arrived to see the apartment as mentioned, this gentleman, Dr. I greet all my family and look at how many we were. as i look at mr. Veronica market in charge of the place. the employees also looked at us every morning. On August 7, they entered us through the backyard of the apartment at around 3:30 in the morning. The experience lived by my family was something horrible, which none of the workers supposedly disclosed to the management. After what happened, I took my family to a hotel in Managua. The price of the apartment was $600 plus a 400 dollar deposit for electricity. Total gives you $1000 dollar. Mr. Veronica Mercado, on Monday, July 11, I came to withdraw my deposit since we were leaving the place. The sister of the owner's wife informs me that Mrs. Veronica Mercado no longer works and is fired for theft. and that my money cannot be returned. then he says that it is because the electricity receipt will last until August 20. The arrangement was that when we entered we took a photo of the meter more than Mrs. Veronica Mercado wrote it in her own handwriting. and that when we vacated the apartment we would hit the meter again and they would give us a similar invoice. I paid almost 140 dollars for light and we slept only 5 nights and we didn't spend during the day. then they put me on the phone. the owner a vulgar man of very low class to carry his title of doctor, which tells me that we were never 4 people but 6. how is this possible if the very shameless vulgar and thief greeted and looked and came and raizes gave him the information of how many we made the said dr. I wanted an extra 5 dollars per person. Then he says that he also wanted an extra 5 dollars for a bed, which was put up without asking for it. And so I lost almost a day, my husband and in that place, since he absolutely did not want us to return our deposit money for 400 dollars. All of this is a trap to rob tourists. No one from that place speaks English. How is it possible? My husband wanted to talk to the staff and no one knows that language, not even the new representative who was there from that day. we alert all international and national tourists ano hir to stay in such a place jardines de berlin. everything is a robbery in sight it is terrible that thieves enter even when one is paying everything is a plan the whole team. when they go to rent they are nice and then they treat it vulgarly like nothing. I will publish this by all possible means in the USA, Europe and Latin America, they must close such an awful place.
