::Tranquilo has significantly better food than any other restaurant in Puerto Cabezas. They serve export quality meats, fresh fruit smoothies and nice green lettuce salads. Here they actually understand what medium rare is. The beef that they serve is some of the best quality in Nicaragua which is really good stuff. Francisco can make you a beautiful pizza in his wood fired oven. It is certainly worth a visit.
