  You won’t find this quality anywhere… the breads and sweets are just wooow! They make goat cheese (yummy) and also ice cream!!! The staff and owner are so sweet also… just be careful, it’s hard to stop eating I could literally seat and eat all day 🤣

  My oh my... To find such delicious food in such a lovely setting in the middle of nowhere in Nicaragua is worth the stop. It's a "pause" where one can enjoy a little bit of heaven. Many people have commented on the food already and yes, it is exquisite. But I would like to highlight the presentation of the food. Oh mine. It is just divinely set before you which makes for a lovely culinary experience. Truly... "ALL with love". Plus if you have a moment to talk with Eileen, the chef and owner, she is just about the kindest person you can meet. And if you happen to be there when her husband JJ is around, you will also find him extremely jovial, genuine, and so caring as well. What a lovely place to PAUSE and get it TASTE of HEAVEN.

  Quality of the food is amazing. The food is European and you won't find any matching quality of European food in this area! Loved the attention she has for her guests! Definitely recommend everything with goat cheese (is from her own goats) I promise you never had such perfect goat cheese!

  Sooooo Delicious. Breakfast was awesome. Can’t wait to come back for lunch and dinner. All is made with so much love. My wife enjoyed the taste of the latte macchiato.
