  Great food, fair prices and helpful staff. If they'd only come out with a spicy chicken meal or sandwich similar to Popeye's, I'd be happier

  Bad fries and expensive. The playground construction is completely closed and like an oven inside. Bad design. Not possible to play long. Place is dirty, almost can't see through the window. Avoid nasty Tip Top places like this

  We were the only family there, food was a bit dry and probably was some what old. The place was clean and the junior had a blast since he was the only one in the playground.

  Tip Top just ain't what it used to be. Greasy chicken and fries (yeah, I know it's fried; that's how greasy it's become), ho-hum service; it all leaves much to be desired for the price. I never thought to say that McDonald's makes way better fried chicken at more affordable prices.

  Tip Top is just not what it used to be. You can get fresher-tasting fried chicken elsewhere, at better prices. Try to go earlier in the day to get fresher food. Not really the first place you should go to for a late night snack (they close early)
