::Service time is the main issue. Food is good, but you should expect to wait for quite a while to get it. Can get very crowded, be ready for some tables not clean and sometimes lots of bothering flies.

::Great atmosphere and vibe. Sunday night was a treat of Organic Cafe with a delicious slice of Banana bread ( not in pic) The young man serving was attentive and very knowledgeable about his craft!! I asked to have my coffee made from a fresh bag of the Cafe Organico (not on the menu) and they were more then happy to do so. Highly recommended:)

::We reside in Matagalpa and love Selección. Our reviews and experiences have only been amazing. We go there once or twice a week when we are in town. We decided to spend a couple of days in Estelí and decided to check out Selección only to be completely disappointed. We weren’t greeted like we normally are in Matagalpa instead we were greeted by a soul piercing look of what I assume is the manager in a blue collard shirt. No worries maybe the guy was having a bad day and isn’t aware he hadn’t reset his gaze. We sat down and our server came moments later. She was helpful and we placed our order. The gentlemen in the blue shirt walked about multiple times as if he were some sort of prison warden or correctional officer but he seemed to only notice the patrons. He wasn’t wearing a face covering and he sure wasn’t monitoring his employees who would wear theirs at half mast. Iv done my fair share of travels and it honestly felt like I was going to steal something. I won’t be returning to this place, it looked nice and the food selection was the same but this experience just turns me off.

::It is a promising place, nice has a good environment, it is very clean, the restroom is clean too, and it has everything in there, even for women who have babies, the prices are good and the quality of the food is very good for the price. I would have given the place a 5 stars, but the staff is never available, even when there are at least 8 people in the place and only 3 of them are busy, you ask for something you have to wait at least 30 minutes for a hot bottle of water and they get upset when you ask them for things again, I asked for a orange pudding and a spresso and the girl brought me one carrot pudding and one cheese pudding with one spresso, I told her that was not my order and got upset. You ask for the bill and it takes 30 minutos to get it, then they take your card and you have to wait again 30 minutos for it, you need to come here on a day off or you will be late for anything you have to do. Then I asked for a pudding to take with me at the bar and the guy who was doing nothing didn't even looked at me and sent someone else to do it when he was there in front of the puddings, the customer service is poor, seems to be they come here to look nice in their uniforms, there is only one guy who took the time to assist me, too bad I don't know his name, he deserves a pay rise.

::Lovely coffee shop with good coffee, excellent atmosphere and very friendly service. The outside patio is a great place to enjoy your drink and food when the weather is nice.
