  You're paying for the location here - the house is cramped and kitchen is nice but in the back. Bat or mouse droppings every day in the upstairs bedroom and Ian, the property "manager" didn't care or do anything. Also the oven didn't work and not adequate cooking pans for the outdoor "grill" which was disgusting. Had to use a glass pyrex dish which exploded and Ian charged us $40US for the old $7 dish and didn't care that it was dangerous and the flying glass cut my husband.If we dropped it, I'd be happy to pay FMV, but this was a scam all the way! Would never stay here again.

  House excellently located right in front of the surf in Colorado. N365 I take care of all the details. Very sure you can leave everything open. Very nice pool and very quiet neighborhood. We will be back.

  The Santuario was a great place! Everyone was incredibly courteous and helped us so much with buying groceries to scheduling massages to arranging rides to a La Finca y el Mar. The house is in a great location in Iguana near Mark and Dave's for yoga and within walking distance to the Beach Club bar and Pilis Restaurant. Santuario was incredibly clean and you could fall asleep easy with the sound of the waves crashing right outside. My husband and I came here with my sister and my parents and we all had an amazing time. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone and Iain was a great host for us. We will definitely be back next year 😀
