  Very good attention and keeping the good tradition in the corn baked biscuits making. Prices are fair and you can also have your black coffee with biscuits in place.

  it was an opportunity to see an artisanal rosquillas (nicaraguan corn cockies) factory. all made by hand. three wood oven are used in different temperature in the process. its was very impressive. the rosquillas are super crispy and tasty. don't miss it if you're around.
