  Perhaps because they are a customer they give priority but with respect to the negative comments, I have not had the same situation, it is not the best customer service but yes, they respond and tell you when the package came, and above all it comes intact and the good price depending on the item (I brought a monitor purchased from Amazon and 10/10)

  They answer for not leaving both in Nicaragua and in the States. Very reluctantly and with you lazy. They should pass customer service courses.

  Terrible, how the girls who put in whatsapp answer, my packages have been over a month old and nothing has come, the worst thing is that one asks about it and they answer in a bad way, I just wait for my packages and never again attract packages with them, they are just pure advertising because their customer service is disgusting!

  The attention is terrible, they answer you with monosyllables, on WhatsApp they are worse. If they can leave you on seen, they do. There is no continuous information about the tracking of your package. A literal pack of 3 lightweight items of clothing, 3 pounds, amazing! Bad experience, never again
