  On December 25, I visited this hotel/motel for the first time because they had mentioned to me that it was one of the best in Managua, but what a disappointment, gentlemen, what a disappointment... be very careful with the staff, including the manager and cpf... they charged me for 3 hours a total of 101 dollars for 6 hours supposedly and in reality they only gave me a 3 hour stay I complained to the manager and the worker and they only apologized I asked for the rest of my money and they told me that the hours of stay had changed and I have Charon They blame the new worker who had gotten confused that same night, according to them I had entered the room with other people and having video cameras they saw that only me and my companion entered and they entered the room to collaborate that there was no one more and they did not even apologize at all what a bad experience it took me in addition the VIP building was dirty and about to collapse if there is a small earthquake because they are not giving maintenance to the rooms what a horror what an ugly experience it took me I do not recommend them and if you go take care of your pocket from those thieves in the office ask for all kinds of proof because they are shameless
