Due to the lousy service it provides and does not answer the fucking phone and being mediocre as always, here is some information. The process they give during the Covid 19 pandemic is slow and information is lacking, but the good thing is that they give results the same day.

More than an hour trying to communicate with the CNDR so that they provide me with information and nothing that they answer, and on the website that they do not put any information about the covid19 test to travel outside the country...

Definitely the worst service, since they never answer the phone, I've had more than 8 calls to almost all the extensions, it's incredible how a state institution is as mediocre as almost all public institutions, it's really a shame. Not even the website is friendly enough to obtain information from there without having to call, honestly none of the state institutions have quality in their services, how sad! Unfortunately, the situation in Nicaragua, so much mediocrity together
