  I was surprised they carried the hot dog we usually buy at la Colonia,their dozen foods is very low wish they carried frozen pizza like Walmart

  No customer service trashy place no respect to customers at all I will not visit maxi Pali in Matagalpa, will use Colonia or Strella

  Since Nicaragua don't have many choices to shop around, everybody goes there to satisfy their daily needs... you find it every where you go in Nicaragua.

  The employees seem unhappy working here. The shelves are never fully stocked. Out of many products that are normally stocked in store that I use on a regular basis. Spices are always in disarray and very poor selection. The stock clerks block isles when working and make no effort to help you. The client is not important in this store. The lines at cash register get 10 deep and management is blind to customer needs. I have walked out of line many times and gone to Colonia where they are more in tune to customer service.
