  While eating at the oxen dock, a man told us that if we ever stopped in Juigalpa we would have to eat at the embassy. We did so a few days later. The access to the restaurant is very bad. It is an unpaved slope. The attention is very good. There is only one menu on the menu: roast rib loin and sold by weight. They accompany it with a pound of curd, pickled onion, rice. If you want cream, they offer to buy it at a nearby sale. It is not a luxurious place, although it has very nice views, and you can eat luxuriously. They also bring the food fast. Adjusted prices. It is a recommended experience.

  Meat's lover. No rice, no beans.. just tortilla, onions, meat and cuajada.
