  This is very close to the port so stay here the night before you leave. The people who run it are very friendly and approachable, food is great and cheap, rooms are the nicest out of all the hostels I’ve stayed in. I’ve been to every major city in Nicaragua and this place had the best rooms, we stayed in one with A/C, and very affordable. I can’t reccomend it enough.

  Great cafe, great staff. Had a huge breakfast sandwich, coffee, and smoothie while sitting on their deck and using their wifi. We will be back!

  Be warned: Do not rent a motorbike or scooter through this hotel. Their bikes are purposefully not maintained so they can collect money when you break down.
