  My least favorite place of Nicaragua so far. Times were off for the boat, the food at the restaurant was terrible AND brought out at different times. I really wanted to like this place, but I’ll never return. Beautiful island, but the food experience ruined it.

  Beautiful place to bring your kids and relax. A small paradise in the middle of a lake. The ticket includes ship transportation and a pool for kids and one for adults

  Great place, great food, prices are not expensive, there are 2 swimming pools, a small one suitable for kids and a larger-deeper one for adults, the food and the service they offer at the restaurant is quite good. The island is still under construction so there’s a few things you might not be able to enjoy, like an around the island walking trail, a museum with some of the history of the island. For elder people they offer free shuttle transportation inside the island (since you have to go up many stairs). The only bad thing is they charge foreigners way too much in comparison to local visitors (10 usd for locals, 30 usd for foreigners) hopefully this might change in the future.
