::My friend and I booked this hotel for our trip, Expedia called me to tell us our flight had been changed and we would only arrive in Nicaragua at 8pm. We tried calling and emailing the hotel numerous times to change our reservation as we were afraid to drive at night for two hours. The hotel would not budge and we lost our money. Very upset. I would never book this hotel again due to their poor customer service. We could not get in touch with management or reception for weeks. When we finally did they told us there was nothing they could do to refund us one night or change our reservation to the next evening.

::Beautiful place. Beautiful taste. In the night the bubbles ng water in the pool gives an environment like being by a natural stream. And complimented by the blue light shining through the ripples is relaxing and rejuvenating.
