  Such a beautiful hotel. Front desk was very helpful, laundry service was great, restaurant was great, room was very clean, and the pool was the best part of the vacation on very hot days..

  I stayed here for 5 nights in a junior king suite and experienced repeated frustration with accessing my room. That is, there are multiple wedding photograph shoots on the main stairs everyday. It was inconvenient at first, but I was patient. However, today I was extremely sick and in bed all day. At around 1pm I was asked if I could leave my room for 30 mins so that a wedding party could take pictures on my balcony, because it has the best view of the cathedral. I sat in the very hot hallway in pain waiting for 6 people in my room to complete their photo shoot on my balcony. At 6pm, I finally mustered the energy to go to the pharmacy and get medicine. Upon return, I was asked to wait in the lobby because the stairs were occupied by yet another wedding photo shoot. I told the front desk employee that I was sick, and he responded “sorry, but you still need to wait.” He finally let me pass when I showed him the medicine I’d just bought. My advice to the hotel is build another staircase so that your guests can use it. And my advice to potential guests is not to stay here unless it’s your wedding.

  The rooms are very spacious. The pool is clean, the deep part is not very spacious but can be enjoyed if there are few people. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only bad thing is that the restaurant closes at 6pm, so you would have to go out for dinner.

  Wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel staff are great and will take care of all your needs. The courtyard pool was a nice place for rest and relaxation and to cool off after exploring the charming city. Highly recommend.

  The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel was very lovely. We only spent one night, but it was very pleasant. You can walk to alot of places from the hotel. It was on a very busy street and we could hear the cars and street noise all night. We parked our rental car on the street in front of the hotel and it seemed safe enough. They have video cameras so they keep an eye on things.
