  We stayed for a week and was highly disappointed. We rented 4 rooms in total. Definitely looks much better in pictures. The entire place is outdated. The other reviews are correct, horrible service. The staff are hateful and you have to ask hundred times for simple things like an extra towel or which nob is the hot water. The only normal and nice person is Don Cesar. Some of the rooms the AC doesn't work too well and the rooms are very dark. But, they do upkeep the gardens.

  Only went to the pool on Saturday afternoon which is open to everyone. Nice clean pool and area. Large area under roof for shaded eating and kids to play. Food was good. Drinks were cold. Clean restrooms and place to change. Spacious parking. Birthday parties etc.

  Reasonable prices - cash discount. Huge pool. Breakfast is always fresh and cooked to order. You can choose from Nica or America style breakfast. Great location near the Galerias Mall. We typically use our credit card reward points to stay here.
