  Awful experiance. Rat droppings in the room and staff didn't care. Sheets were too small for bed. Holes in towels. Most of the lights had broken bulbs and not changed. Plumbing fixtures tapes and shower heads broken. Noisy other guests who were allowed to party all night. Complained at 5am 6am and 7.30am but was ignored. Was told this hotel changes it's name every 6 months as reviews are so bad. Avoid at all costs. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and just didn't care. Place is run down and filthy. Stay somewhere else

  Had a great stay ! They watch my truck all night and the rooms were very good with an incredible view of the volcano and the church.

  If you have the money just go somewhere else. I'm Nicaraguan and I know way better places than this one. Booked to spend a new years eve with my family and the owner has the worst customer service someone can ever had, he changed my rooms without me knowing, he spoke to me and my fam super rude. Said he didn't care about my booking reservation if we didn't check in at the time he said (even if it was confirmed) that he was going to sell the room. not worth it. GO AWAY

  Connie Lorber I had a horrendous experience with a Parador Granada (although it had a different name then!) which I found on Airbnb. The owner canceled my reservation after I refused to change rooms. He changes the name of his place regularly. I reserved a room there in March 2014 for a trip in late December. He contacted me informing me that he had moved me to a 1st floor room with one bed because he had a family he wanted to book and he said that since I was alone that I didn't need all that room! I had booked a lovely room called "Fellini Suite" or something (although the room has a different name now!) on the second floor with a view of Mombacho. When I told him I wasn't interested in the small room and that I wanted the room I had booked, "reserved"! he cancelled my reservation entirely 3 days before my December 25 flight! I became sick with the stress of having to secure a booking. I traveled with a fever and sore throat. Try as I might I could not get this guy to honor my reservation. I was unable to post a review on Airbnb because all it says about my booking is "Owner Cancelled". I am happy to have the opportunity to review the behavior of this man. He has some bad reviews on Airbnb. Take them seriously!!!
