    Hello, good afternoon. I just arrived at the hotel. The infrastructure is very nice, but I had some details. 1) when I called to ask for information, I got an obnoxious old woman who doesn't know how to treat the client. He told me that why I was calling that he would better get to see him, he told me, what was that about asking for information over the phone. 2) I came to the store and they gave me a dirty room where the white bed had black hairs, the dirty bathroom as if someone had just taken a bath and a towel lying on a rocking chair, room 17! 3) They moved me to room 22 but the air does not cool anything. Now I'm here, no way but I would like the owners to know what is happening in this hotel since the best publicity is the one that one transmits.
