::This is such a charming boutique hotel. Built in an old Colonial house, it retains the charm and distinctiveness of the hotel time. Nestled within the food district, it is a very safe place. With few shops and restaurants a short walk away. The staff is incredibly kind, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Depending on your expectation, it may be on the simple / smaller side. The breakfast is fantastic from a Nica to American items. The swimming pool is perfect to relax at the end of the day. The only oddity, is that a French restaurant sat in the middle of the building... In order to bring some french flavor, they play french songs non-stop from 6 pm until 9 or 10 pm every night. This makes for an interesting experience to be fair. We will be back, without hesitation.

::It's one of the most luxurious places I've stayed at on my 6 months travel. The staff super friendly and helpful! Location, you can walk down to the mall. Breakfast nice :) Bedroom comfortable and clean! The staff helped us with information and to haul a taxi for us when we needed one. They even bargained for us before getting into the taxi:)

::Old hotel that needs a deep cleaning. Noisy rooms. No on-site parking and the free breakfast wasn't worth it. The staff was otherwise very accommodating.

::The courtyard is beautiful but the rooms are in need of attention. Feels like an old tired hotel. The floor in our room was dirty, the bed uncomfortable, the shower water pressure was poor. The walls are thin - you can hear the noise from the street and the noise from the restaurant, which is right outside your door. While there is a nice garden patio in the back, it is not given attention. The seats are dirty, covered with leaves. It needs to be dusted & swept. There are leaves floating in the pool. More attention needs to be given to cleanliness. The Internet is intermittent. Cannot recommended staying here.

::Thank you so much to Amalia and the staff at this amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Managua. They were so kind, helpful and professional. Their hotel is beautiful and we felt like we were in a private oasis in the middle of a busy city. Entrance to all of the rooms is from a plant-filled courtyard with a beautiful fountain. There is a relaxing pool area and open air restaurant with excellent food. Rooms have air conditioning or you have the option to open the French doors to your private patio for some fresh air. Also consider staying at their sister hotel, Punta Teonoste, for a relaxing and private beach getaway. We can't wait to come back!
