  It is a very spacious place, which you can see in the photos. It is a mini apartment, there is parking, especially for vehicles, and above all, it is very accessible.

  Local and cheap. But no facilities. Eg no kettle. Spoon, cup, plate, or cooking. You have to eat/drink out. But lovely cafes everywhere. the best is the Cinnamon pizza bar (just a five min walk around the corner), very good with excellent pizza and freshly made smoothies and great surroundings. the people in Ocotal are humble and friendly. There is a beautiful park a few minutes away with free wifi, and good super markets. DO NOT DRINK THE TAP water, wash locally grown fruit and veg in bottled or boiled water. Use plenty of hand sanitiser... Psradites abound, but don't let that put you off. Thus is indeed a lovely town to visit. We stayed two weeks and loved it here.
