::Fantastic hotel, clean with air conditioning and towels (not all hotels in Nicaragua provide these amenities). Just a few blocks from the center so easy to get around. Outside is a busy market but inside is very tranquil and restful. Beautiful archecture and good breakfast by the pool.

::We did a family trip to Granada and booked four rooms at this hotel, it was a great place to stay in, nice rooms, very comfortable and located conveniently, super friendly staff and great customer service, will come back again and it is recommended if you’re in town.

::The hotel is well located. The building is pretty and has a nice rooftop but it didn’t reflect the great reviews in our opinion and we found our stay here just okay. Cleanliness is just satisfactory, the room was small, stuffy and humid but luckily the AC worked great and it was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast is extremely basic: scrambled eggs and two pieces of toast (or served with a pancake) with a small cup of juice that was so sugary that we couldn’t drink it and coffee. The area around the pool is not very welcoming and acts as a storage for a bunch of tables and chairs. We awarded it 3 stars as we paid 25 USD per night but at the listed price it would have just received one. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

::Love this place amazing staff great management goes above and beyond .. so clean and A/C work wonders .. awesome breakfast with tons of food yuuuummmyy .. great location amazing view from the roof top balcony with unique view of Granada where you can see the volcano and the cathedral to lake Managua .. great bar inside .. inside pool super clean .. amazing cozy lounge .. great traditional Nicaraguan set up .. I would recommend this place for everybody.
