  This place could’ve been great but a few things took it from four to three stars. The pool was having a revamp so I can’t complain about that. However the outdoor garden area needed some work. The bathroom needs a fan because it steams up quickly and sharing a room, I didn’t want to leave the door open. PowerPoints - lack of them close to beds so you can charge your phone and laptop. Tv channels - nothing in English which is fine. Noisy with other group on site. Quite a way from town, at least 15-20 minutes. Laundry - awful. Clothes came back damp and smelly. They refused a refund so please, beware.

  This hotel was ok, but quite a walk from the centre of Granada. The pool area needs cleaning up and the pool water was a bit dirty. One of our friends was woken up at night by the security guards phone alarm going off relentlessly and had to get up and ask him to turn it off (clearly asleep). The room was comfy though and the bathroom clean.

  Good clean room, nice pool area. A little bit out from the centre, but easy walking.

  Nice and clean. A bit too far from the town center, overpriced restaurant with show sevice. Rooms are poorly ventilated. OK for a short stay.

  This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and quite extensive grounds. The pool is large enough to swim laps and the cleaning and presentation are good. They even had a cooked breakfast ready to go at 6am on my departure day!!
