  I'm going to make the most sincere comment... There are people who comment but don't say their budget, so if it's low, don't look for luxuries. The place has the basics, bed, fan, television and bathroom. The price is reasonable and after visiting 5 nearby places, it is the one with the best (lowest) price. But for that reason, don't expect a waterbed, 40" plasma, shower and A/C... Be serious! Good place for what you pay.
