::On of the worst hotels in nicaragua, small breakfast( just pancake, so I ended up to eat somewhere else even that my breakfast was included). Mold smell in my room.

::For the first time my girlfriend and I felt unsafe in a hotel. This hostel or hotel has no rules. You can’t find anyone who is in charge. We asked to to speak to the owner or someone who is in charge…We couldn’t find anyone. The first night we went to bed around 10pm and around midnight we hear a couple fighting in next room. My girlfriend was scared, and we went to check what’s going on around 4am. And we saw that the couple who are fighting. Throwing all there belongs around the room and into the hallway. The lady was crying and ask us to stay into the doorway for her safety. In the morning I want to voice my concerns, no one seems to care about. The hotel is on the Main Street and locals come in and party, Come and do whatever you like. No one will say anything.

::It was an alright place to stay. The beds were terrible, but I didn't expect much for the price. The staff was nice, though. Plus they offered towels. But, there's no AC like the pictures lead you to believe. I've definitely stayed at better places in Granda, and I probably won't stay here again. But it's not the worst choice to lat your head down at night.

::I would say 6/10. Staff were very accommodating. Room as described. Beds and sheets a bit older , headboard could maybe fall on your head. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Air conditioner worked 95% of the time. Close to the center of town and restaurants. They arranged a night tour to the volcano for us $20. Booked through Expedia was supposed to come with free breakfast. I think I saw they cooked once the 3 days we were there, but it wasn’t anything we were interested in. Secure, behind locked gate with attendant within earshot. Went to boil water in the kitchen to make coffee, decided against it due to the kitchen being pretty dirty, pot/pans were pretty much ruined and all appliances hadn’t been wiped off in ages, so I just poured coffee in a water bottle and made some cold brew for the next days. Good place to sleep for fairly cheap with A/c, but no hot water like most places in Central America

::Best value accommodations in Granada. We rented a private room, with its own bathroom with shower, one a typical hotel room. They do also have triple and quad bedrooms available,. The location is easy to find, just off the main street and only a block from the lake. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Free WiFi is included, also fresh breakfast each morning. We also arranged for them to pick us up at the Managua airport, and that was fantastic, convenient , and cheaper than a taxi. The owner is enthusiastic and very helpful, and the other guests we met were all very nice too. Overall this is a great value place to book a hotel room or a hostel room.
