  It's even hard to call this place a hostel, it really looks more like 2 stars hotel or so! We stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and it was big and clean. The shared lobby and smoking area are also very cozy and nice) The personnel helped us to find a driver to the volcano and were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the location just in the middle of the old city center and bus station.

  Nice hostel with very very friendly staff. Really clean hostel and a nice cozy lobby or place to hangout. Surely 5/5! Although the surrounding area is really old and the hostel feels like a secret place in between.

  Positives: location, cleanliness. Negatives: staff was initially unresponsive when I asked if they had soap for the bathroom, the young man said they didn't...eventually had someone went to the nearest Pulperia corner store, so no real problem. Ceiling fan didn't work, had to use loud floor fans. And finally, only two electrical outlets in the room, and none near the bedside lamp. I know it's tough being in the tourism business here in Nicaragua ATM, so let's give these places a little bit of understanding and compassion.

  This is nice, clean place for a decent price. We paid a little more for a/c. There beds are comfortable and you get a decent wifi signal if you're close to a window. That may have been because of where our room was located. This hotel is close to one of the big markets. You're in walking distance to a grocery store and good restaurants. (Check out some of the thrift stores along the way). You can cook in a kitchen at the hotel. Coffee is always available. You get a modest continental breakfast--small pancakes and a banana. You'll be close to the bus station. The hotel also will provide a private taxi if you prefer. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

  Good clean room, private bathroom, tv and fan was good. Weather was okay for just fan $10 extra for aircon room might be worth it if really hot. Basic breakfast included people helpful spanish only.
