  I had to visit the hospital for surgery while backpacking Nicaragua, I speak limited Spanish but all the staff where so friendly and helpful and I can’t fault the care I received for the 9 nights I spent in the hospital. The food was good and even with my broken Spanish, many doctors spoke English or we found a way to communicate. After surgery the staff made me feel safe and looked after, answering any questions I had straight away.

  Excellent Medical Center integrated to the Joint Commission hospital organization of the U.S.A. Highly recommended for patients visiting Nicaragua.

  I had heard a lot about this hospital and I thought that it was a good place to go, but I was wrong. My mom went there to take some medical tests. Her appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and the doctor who had to take care of her show up 1 hour later and there were 3 more people in line before her. I don’t understand why you have to set up an appointment. There wasn’t ac in the waiting room, which is unbelievable since Managua has a really hot weather. I cannot imagine how the service in this place would be if it was free. Of course we had to pay, but I was very disappointed with the service that we received. Vivian Pellas Hospital is a big NO. Primera y última vez que vamos a este lugar.

  A most amazing experience. We were on "vacation" when it became imperative that my wife have a surgery. Dr. Perez and the entire staff were great. The care and results were truly world class and the entire process honest and straight forward.
