  I regret to report that the hospital leaves a lot to be desired in its facilities. From having to put up with sweltering heat in a room with no fans, mosquitoes all day and night, practically dilapidated bathrooms with no locks on the doors where anyone can see through the holes in the doors and flooding the bathroom floor with dirty water. In addition to the fact that people from the street arrive as if nothing had happened to bathe in the bathrooms and leave them even dirtier. With all due respect to the hospital authorities, patients and family members should not put up with these conditions.

  I have been a patient for 20 years and thanks to God and the doctors and my mother, despite the downturns, I suddenly take the medicine as they tell me, my mother has already died, but I will never stop assuming the situation of my life has no cure but it is controllable

  I really think that the government does not pay real attention to this type of mental health center when it is of the same importance as the others, instead of complaining about its spaces we should contribute so that thousands of people are treated there and, well, the medicines it is not their fault it is the government and the donors who stopped passing

  One of the few psychiatric hospitals in Nicaragua, the attention is very good and you can solve it with what you have.
