  When I came in there was no wait. I came to the window and they directed me inside. I walked all the way to the back of the hospital to get my Covid Test done. They are charging $150 for the test. I needed to fly back to the US so I had to pay for it. I can only imagine when this place gets full. It was a long path to walk through. It's best to make your payment to their account number at the bank because if you don't pay it before hand then you get re-routed to another line once inside and that might take you longer. They were really nice and fast. They have a small authentic Nicaraguan restaurant there where you can grab a bite or coffee. It's really good. Guests can take a seat inside but are not allowed to go in with you to the test area. There is free parking outside. Hours are from 8am-11am. They open at 8am. The people who are inside before 11am get to be seen. After that they close the line. Results are sent between 2pm-4pm electronically. Keep your code which you will need to retrieve your results later. Then you can print them out and take them the airport. Hope this helps.

  MY TIP:: FLY TO LIBERIA COSTA RICA. IT IS CHEAPER TO FLY TO LIBERIA THAN TO FLY TO MANAGUA AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY $150 FOR A COVID TEST. YOU ONLY PAY $65 AT THE AIRPORT IN LIBERIA FOR THE RAPID COVID TEST.

  I have nothing negative to say. If you pay for the covid-19 test at the bank it is better, registering online and receiving the results online is the most convenient and fast. Everything is well organized and you leave quickly. It is inconvenient for people who do not have internet access because they have to go in person to pick up the results.

  All very well. PCR test 150 Dollars. Results the same day from 3 to 5.

  If you are going to pay the bank for the Cov.19 test, you go directly. And you don't have to line up or wait, you arrive at 9am and you pick up the results at 2pm, this is for foreigners. Or local.
