::Terrible service. They do not explain that DGA charges you a lot of taxes for the products and exaggerated and nonsensical amounts. DHL doesn't care if they cheat you on taxes, they only care that you pay for shipping.

::Definitely poor attention and they do not give you any help or advice, I got to see why they charge me more than 60 dollars in tariffs and taxes for a toy that I bought for my son that cost me 18.99, DHL charged me almost 30 for taerlo and taxes more than 60. But they didn't offer to review why or anything like that. They never answer the phone, there is no one higher than the one who attends you at the window who can help you.
