  Perhaps this is far from being the worst dental clinic in Nicaragua, but the quality of medical care leaves a lot to be desired. I have no questions about the tooth extraction procedure, only for this I will add a star. However, the strategy of diagnosis and treatment of a chipped tooth was reduced to a proposal to extract a tooth with healthy roots, followed by the placement of the implant after a long time. In addition, the procedure of pulping and cleaning of the canals of the tooth, carried out at my insistent desire, was carried out unprofessionally and not completely. I understand that Nicaragua is not the world leader in dental reconstruction and treatment, but with prices quite high, the medical staff at this clinic must strive for modern methods of dental treatment.
