  Perfect low key vacation! Casa Luminosa was our second time to rent a house at Playa Colorado. We love this beach and the staff at Nica 365 are awesome. The house was perfect for our family of 3. Plenty of shady places to sit, pretty palm trees, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the hammock. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, and the internet worked great. Maria, the housekeeper, somehow, always stayed out of our way but managed to keep the house spotless for us. We rented a car this time and did our own shopping and meal prep or we ate at the great little restaurants right in Hacienda Iguana and nearby. Just can’t say enough good things about Nicaragua, this beach, this house, the waves, and Nica 365. Already working on a rental for next year...

  We LOVED our stay at Casa Luminosa. It was exactly what we needed for our group of 5 although you could comfortably have 7 people here. We never wanted to leave. The location is perfect - right between the two main surf breaks in the area so you can walk out to the beach with your coffee and see which one is going off. It is a bit far from amenities so I would recommend renting a car for your time here. The house itself is clean and quiet. The beds are decently comfortable and the AC is awesome. If you stay here, you MUST book Maria to cook for you. It is such a good deal and so worth it. Her cooking is amazing and it feels so luxurious to not have to deal with any of the clean up! Seriously the best money we spent on the trip. If a quiet, low key trip is what you're looking for, this is the perfect place. The house and the team who manage it are fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

  Casa luminosa is perfection. It is right on the beach and right in the middle of the bay so easy to walk to either side. The house is spacious and well designed. Maria, the housekeeper was lovely and so helpful at mealtimes. Iguana has it all. Beach, golf and now there are even several restaurants to chose from. We got the added bonus of seeing turtles being born and see them go back to the ocean! Always a treat to spend time at playa iguana.

  It is a great brand new house, just in front of the Ocean, full equipped, greast spaces, no claim at all, we enjoyed very much the time in.
