  Horrible business. We rented a car from this location and made it clear to the guy handling our rental that we'd be returning the car the following day in a different specified location for our set price and specifically verified this, yet the company insisted on charging us a $40 fee for returning the car to a different location once we tried to return it, stating that we told him we'd be returning it to Managua. Total bull. Also, we initially signed the papers and paid for an economy rental including a GPS, but when the guys went to set up the car, they realized the GPS was not compatible with the car (not our fault for their lack of recognition towards that) and instead of giving us any options as any good business would, they forced us to keep the contract and made us pay more for an upgraded vehicle against our will since we absolutely needed the GPS. Horrible business. We'll never be using Budget again. Have always gone with Alamo in our past travels around Central America and they've always been true to their word and extremely helpful. Avoid this company, and specifically this location, at all costs.

  El carro muy bien pero cuando tuvimos un problema con la llanta nos hicieron ir hasta el taller central y perder toda la mañana.

  No me gusto para nada el servicio de una tal recepcionista que si supiera el nombre lo diría por que es una gran mal educada falta de respeto, decia que mi papá estaba tomado y no era cierto y no le rentaron el maldito carro por ella y ustedes saben lo difícil que es andar sin carro en managua???

  *This is for the Airport location* Extremely unprofessional!! Read the contract, ask questions!!! I got a flat tire and a manager named Mario told me it was not covered, that he would "take care of me" and not write it in the contract, but I had to pay him cash for the repair. I was instructed that I could not pay him on the premises, that I had to wait until he dropped me off at the airport. I will never rent from this place again! *The airport location is not listed so I posted here*
