  Good afternoon, I am a Banpro client, but from the Tipitapa municipality branch. I have a disagreement and what does it consist of? It consists of when one makes a loan to solve a personal problem and seeks a way to solve it, they from the bank make contracts for the client, but in the contract that they extend there they put an amount , but they do not explain exactly how much they are going to be taking from them in each payment as the dollar rises, they never explain that to their clients. I am not opposed to being taken from us in each payment, but they do not bleed us. For examples, If they put 50 dollars in the contract to pay them for 36 months with the amount of (2,900 dollars), but are they going to take a hundred and odd dollars from us? So they are not respecting what the amount that is reflected in the contract says, so they should notify their clients that they are going to increase it as the dollar goes up so that their clients are not dissatisfied and thus continue with them as clients, where I am not I'm getting nothing for payment, only account statements.
