::Terrible service, you always have to stand in long queues to be served, they have 4 cashiers but only one works, you get to the window and they take care of you reluctantly after the fatigue of spending at least 2 hours standing waiting TERRIBLE

::It has a large parking lot, the new building has a good atmosphere. The annex for remittance customer service is very bad, the air conditioning does not work very well when there are many customers and the lines are excessively long because there are not many open boxes. Attention at checkouts is sometimes very slow. The attention in banking services is sometimes not the best that a client can expect.

::Really difficult bank for a foreigner to do business in. It took weeks to open an account and hours every time I want to withdraw cash. Kind of frustrating!
